Dear Southlakes family,

At our last AGM there was some discussion about our ecclesia’s tradition of suspending arranged memorial meetings during school holidays and ‘long weekend’ public holidays.

It seemed to us to be a good opportunity to gauge our members’ views and preferences about the sort of arrangements we should have going forward, and also about the timing of our memorial meetings during these periods.

So it would be really helpful if we could all fill in the short survey, to establish how we would like our memorial meetings to be programmed in 2026, during school holidays and long weekends.

The survey form is being sent out only to Southlakes members, and our responses to this survey will be kept confidential.
